Our in-house production facility combines state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, including stamping, welding, and laser cutting. We process materials such as carbon steel, galvanized strip steel, and hot-dip galvanized steel, all manufactured in accordance with strict quality and safety requirements.

With the capacity to manufacture approximately one tank per working day and around 200 tanks per year, SBB serves a wide range of customers, including general contractors, plant engineering companies, direct clients, engineers, and consultants from various industries.
Each tank is custom-designed and manufactured according to customer requirements. We produce tanks in a wide range of dimensions and capacities from 30 to 5,000 m³, available in various RAL colors and configurations, with optional sprinkler pump stations and connecting tunnels. All systems are manufactured in our own production facility to ensure the highest quality standards.
In addition, our service and maintenance agreements provide customers with an extended watertightness warranty of up to 10 years, offering long-term reliability and investment security.

Unser Unternehmen unterliegt der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, sowie den gültigen Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Normen nach VdS / FM, dessen Aktualität durch regelmäßige Fachschulungen und Unterweisungen aller Mitarbeiter zugesichert wird.

Es erfolgt eine regelmäßige Sicht- und Zustandskontrolle des Außenbereichs des Behälters durch unsere fachkundigen Servicemonteure. Zudem wird turnusmäßig eine Wartung der Funktionalität und des Betriebszustandes des Innenbereichs mit Hilfe eines Tauchroboters durchgeführt.

Aufgrund der fachgerechten Durchführung unserer Wartungsleistungen in den festgelegten Turnusintervallen, kann eine störungsfreie Funktionalität des Behälters gewährleistet werden und trägt somit nicht nur zur unterstützenden Betriebssicherheit Ihrer Anlage, sondern auch der Aufrechterhaltung Ihres Versicherungsschutzes bei.
