Do you enjoy working in a structured way, keeping an overview and dealing with people? Then start your apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk at SBB in Wolmirstedt. During your three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know the wide range of tasks in a modern administration and actively support the organisation of our company.
During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the different areas of office organisation and administration.
- Organise and process office and administrative tasks
- Prepare and coordinate meetings
- Handle phone calls and process email and business correspondence
- Manage documents and filing systems
- Receive customers, business partners, and visitors
- Check and prepare invoices
- Maintain personnel master data and personnel files
- Good secondary school leaving certificate (intermediate level)
- Interest in office organisation and commercial processes
- Careful and reliable way of working
- Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
- Strong organisational skills
- excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
